- Verify if your shipping address is in one of the countries appearing and click on "Continue"
- The item is in your cart, please choose if you would like to continue shopping by clicking on "Buy More" or if you would like to proceed to payment click on "Check Out"
- Please sign in to your account. If you're new to Element Skateboards, please click on "I am a New Customer" and continue to the next step
- Verify that the details are correct and click "proceed to checkout"
- Please add your card details, take note of the terms & conditions and tick the box to indicate you accept them, then to proceed click on "confirm your purchase"
- The order is in process now and you are about to receive a confirmation email about your purchase order with all the details.

30 DAY FREE RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase you may return items free of charge within 30 days of original purchase. Please note that free return shipping does not apply to skateboards or obstacles. If using our free shipping labels to return these items, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the credit issued when the return is processed.
To qualify for a merchandise refund, items must be returned in original, unused condition in original packaging.
RETURN CLAIM PROCEDURE
To return a purchase, please follow the following instructions:
- Sign into your account, click the link to "view my orders," and select the order containing items you'd like to return.
- Complete and submit the online RA request form, and print the free return shipping label.
- Pack product with suitable packaging materials. Ensure that return includes merchandise in original, unused condition, with original packing materials, and affix return label to your return.
- Drop your return package off at any UPS shipping location.

Sales Tax will be charged for orders shipped within California only.
PROMOTION CODE POLICY
Any promotional codes that you may receive are valid only off your next unique purchase. They cannot be used as a means to mark down previous orders.
